1. 30-Day Return Window

If you have changed your mind or there is an issue with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at customersupport@shoplhub.com.

2. Return Conditions

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for items in their original, unopened packaging. For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Opened or Used Items: To maintain high standards of hygiene and electronics safety, items that have been opened or used may only be eligible for a partial refund or exchange at our discretion.

  • Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different color or model. Please contact us to check stock availability.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the description:

  • Full Refund: We will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

  • Pre-paid Return: We will provide a return shipping label or reimburse the return costs.

  • Replacements: We can ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Note: Please ensure all parts and accessories are included in the return. Deductions may apply if items are returned incomplete or further damaged due to poor repackaging.

4. Purchase Protection Guarantee

We want you to shop with confidence. Under our Purchase Protection program, you are guaranteed a full refund if:

  • Your order is confirmed lost in transit and never arrives.

  • Your order arrives damaged.

  • The item is significantly different from the listing.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your request immediately.

  • Inspection Time: Most returns are inspected and approved within 2 business days.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Stripe.

  • Bank Timeline: While we process refunds quickly, it typically takes 5–10 business days for banks to post the credit to your statement.

6. Misuse of Returns

To protect our family business, Shoplhub monitors for return misuse. We reserve the right to refuse service or refunds in cases of fraudulent claims or the return of items not originally purchased from our store.
