2. Delivery Estimates (Standard Shipping)
We utilize priority logistics lanes to maintain efficiency. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:
United States: 7–15 business days.
International: 10–21 business days.
Proactive Delay Management: While we strive for accuracy, global transit times can be influenced by customs clearance, peak seasonal volume, or local carrier operations. If your tracking indicates a delay beyond 20 business days, please contact our support team to initiate an inquiry.
3. Distributed Fulfillment (Multiple Packages)
To optimize delivery speed, items in your order may be sourced from different fulfillment hubs. If your order contains multiple products, you may receive them in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number so you can monitor its progress independently.
4. Dispute & Loss Protection
We take full responsibility for your package until it reaches the carrier's final delivery phase:
Tracking Inactivity: If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at customersupport@shoplhub.com. We will launch an investigation with our logistics partners.
Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the product and the external packaging).
Delivery Confirmation Disputes: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, we require that you contact your local carrier first to confirm the delivery location. If the issue remains unresolved, our team will assist you with the claims process.
